Hudson Valley Permits was founded during the 2020 pandemic, to provide homeowners access to industry experts with over 25 years of experience working with various municipal agencies at affordable prices. We have the know-how to simplify the tedious process for a project.


The majority of construction work (plumbing, electrical, construction, etc.) requires a permit from the Department of Buildings. If you wish to do work on a property, you will likely need a permit to show that you have the authority to perform the work based on plans the Department of Buildings has approved.
